Sometimes I go to Japanese izakaya in downtown especially Zakkushi, I like the atmosphere there.

Almost 5 years. I went to 3 month ESL school and then work at Fin right after.

I like Toronto, of course. Toronto has a different working style than Japan does. Working here is less stressful and has more holidays which can take a rest from work.
我當然很喜歡多倫多! 多倫多的工作型態和日本很不一樣. 在這裡, 人們有比較多的休假, 工作壓力也比較小一點.
6. For how long are you going to stay in Toronto?
I have been here for five and a half years. I am not sure how long I will stay in the future, but at least for another two to three years.
我在多倫多有五年半了. 雖然我不確定我還會待多久, 但至少未來的兩到三年我都會在這裡.
7. What is your favourite place in Toronto?
Toronto Islands is my favourite place. I like to relax there in summer time, and do BBQ, running or cycling together with my friends!
我在多倫多最喜歡的地方是多倫多島. 夏天的時候和朋友們一起在島上烤肉, 慢跑, 或騎自行車讓我覺得很放鬆.

Except some Mondays, I am waiting for you at Teppan Kenta almost every day from 5pm to 12am.

Just have some drink with friends to relax a bit.

Okonokiyaki! We use special thick noodles in our okonomiyaki.

As long as the restaurant is owned by Japanese, and serves real Japanese food by Japanese chefs, it’s good! That’s why we started Harshigo Project! We want more people know where to find authentic Japanese food in Toronto.
只要是由日本師傅煮出來的, 我都覺得很好. 這也是為什麼有Harshigo計畫! 我們希望能讓更多人知道,在多倫多哪裡可以找到正統的日本美食.
14. One thing/fact that makes you special, or you feel great to share about yourself.
Because I wish the bounds of authentic Japanese restaurants can be deeper, I created Harshigo Project with other owners last year, and the result made me feel great. Hope more people will attend the event this year.
因為我想要讓正統的日本餐廳更加團結, 關係更好, 所以我去年和其他餐廳的經營者們一起開始了Harshigo計畫. 去年的活動結果我很滿意, 也希望今年有更多人一起共襄盛舉.

Overall it’s good.Of course the ingredient is different and it taste different from Japan but I like both.

Outside I may look like a foreigner (a white girl), but inside most of my friends think I have a Japanese soul. Even Japanese think I don’t have an accent when I speak Japanese.
我看起來是個道地的外國女孩但是我的朋友們都說我的內在擁有一顆日本人的心！當我開口說話時所有人都不敢相信我可以講這麼流利的日文！
